Your order must be made before 3pm for the timeframes below to apply, if your order is made after 3pm your order will be processed as if made the next weekday.

(All delivery times are weekdays only - Monday-Friday excluding bank holidays - Orders made on Saturday or Sunday will be processed on Monday)

Shipping Services

The first 3 services are for mainland UK only. Your order must be made before 3pm for the timeframes below to apply, if your order is made after 3pm your order will be processed as if made the next weekday. We use Parcelforce for all methods except Budget shipping and they deliver anytime between 9:00am and 5:00pm - Monday to Friday. If you need shipping costs for Europe and the Channel Islands please check further down the page:

1.     Standard Shipping - This service will be used if your order weights over 1kg and to a maximum of 30kg. Orders usually take 2-4 days to arrive and are sent with Parcelforce.

2.     Budget Shipping - If you only want a few items that weigh under less then 1kg then this is the choice for you. These will be sent out using Royal Mail 2nd class delivery and can take between 4 - 10 days. (If your order weighs over 1kg it will revert to standard shipping and be sent with Parcelforce.)

4.     Northern Ireland Shipping Over 1.00kg - We have a flat rate fee of £16.50 for a 2 - 4 day service to anywhere in Northern Ireland.

A signature will be required for Parcelforce. If you are not in to receive your order we strongly recommend you collect your order as soon as you can. If you are not in to sign or your parcel, Parcelforce will either take the parcel to your local Post Office, or it will be taken to the nearest Parcelforce Depot. A card will be left stating where the parcel has been left. 

All orders are securely packaged. If your order arrives opened or damaged please sign for it with the relevant information. If you require any other special shipping arrangements please let us know before you order and we will try our best to accommodate you.
