Pop Tarts - Apple Strudel
Pop Tarts are still avaliable in this country but only in Chocolate and Strawberry flavours (boring!). These are something special. A delicious spicy apple filling with a crumble like top and a few lines of icing for good measure.
Pop-Tarts are Kellogg's most popular brand to date, with more than two billion Pop-Tarts sold each year. In 1971, a cartoon character named Milton the Toaster was introduced to promote Pop-Tarts. The campaign ended when a commercial showed a child hugging the toaster, leading to complaints that children might imitate the commercial and burn themselves!
